After exhausting every other option — including undergoing a head transplant and stripping down in Playboy — Heidi is plotting a pregnancy to keep her name in headlines, In Touch Weekly tattles dish in the mag’s March 15 issue.
They’re not actually expecting a baby yet, but that hasn’t stopped Heidi and Spencer from making plans for the future — negotiating an exclusive deal with a tabloid. Insiders tell In Touch The Pratts have already secured an exclusive deal with a magazine that will chronicle every step of their impending parenhood.
“She’s not even pregnant yet, but she and Spencer have already signed the papers. They’re planning staged photos every step of the way – the pregnancy, the birth, and of course, the first baby picture.”

After a flopped pop album and a plastic surgery makeover that’s got her checking account running on empty, Heidi Montag could use some extra cash — and she’s hoping a second, steamier appearance in an upcoming issue of Playboy can help her rejoin the elite club of Hollywood Millionaires.
“She is currently speaking with (Playboy photographer) Matthew Rolston (about) a steamy, soapy, shower concept showing her boobs through the shower door,” a friend of Heidi’s spies in the new issue of In Touch Weekly. “The figure being discussed for the exclusive is in the seven figures. The Hills star shocked fans when she underwent nearly a dozen cosmetic procedures, transforming her face and body in just one day. Heidi had surgery on her chin, Botox in her cheeks and forehead, her ears pinned backs, breast augmentation, and liposuction.
She tells PEOPLE.com: “I was nervous, but also excited. I never thought in my wildest dreams she was going to react the way she did. She was looking at me almost like a zoo animal. Spencer Pratt is not known for keeping his mouth shut, but The Hills star has been noticably mum since his wife, reality personality Heidi Montag, appeared on the cover of PEOPLE last week to reveal what she looks like after having ten plastic surgery procedures to perfect her looks.
Spencer didn’t think his wife needed to undergo cosmetic surgery to change her appearance, but says he didn’t feel he had the right to ask Heidi to forego the surgeries.
“Anytime I hinted that it might be a little much or if I just asked if she was sure, I even felt like I was crossing lines,” Spencer, 26, told PEOPLE Friday. “I’m not in charge of what she does with any part of her body. I’m her husband – not her owner. I may not be OK with things, but it’s not my call,” he added. “Everyone sees themselves differently when they look in the mirror… Nobody truly understands how she feels except her.”

“I went to Brazil, so I saw many more women with a lot more surgeries….” Jessica told Access Hollywood at the Extraordinary Measures premiere on Tuesday.
On Nov. 20, Heidi underwent procedures that included a mini brow lift, Botox in the forehead, nose job revision, fat injections in cheeks and lips, chin reduction, neck liposuction, ears pinned back, breast augmentation revision, liposuction on her waist and thighs, and a butt lift.
